Not really sure how else to put it. When I launch the game properly and attempt to turn the PA on the UI does not change to represent that it is working despite having a fully functioning battery inside (the buzz sound effect is also not present). When I launch the game and joing the same server using the 3rd party community launcher the PA works perfectly fine.

Also it's worth noting that the PA also works fine when playing the offline mode.
