Get attacked by infected. After a short time you get KO'd

The worst of this is a lot of the time I suspect it is from the crawling zombies as they are Hard to hit and kill. Just about every time I have been knocked out there is a crawling zombie around. I get the feeling the are OP for being on the ground. There damage should be a lot less. Lets be honest it is not easy to KO some one yet in this game it is the default position. I should be dying from to many hits not from be knocked unconscious as that is just death in this game. Its starting to get very frustrating for its regularity.
