The game freezes at the menu when the game first starts up. Have to use taskmanager to kill the application and then afterwards I get the following exit code

Steps To Reproduce
- Start Arma 3
- Click play on the launcher
- Wait for initial startup and then the inevitable freeze afterwards.
Additional Information
I did all the steps listed below
-Update the graphics card drivers to a newer version.
-Rollback the graphics card drivers to an older version.
-Check the temperature of your GPUs and CPUs.
-Disable the Steam Overlay.
