I had this bug about a month earlier, but it solved itself in 5-7 days during which I could not play. It is happening again. What happens is this:
I go to in-game server browser.
I select a server (happens with warlords, KOTH, sandbox) and click join.
The loading screen appears.
The yellow chain link appears.
After 1-2 minutes the message : "Connection with host has been lost."

Additional Information
My internet seems to be working fine. Websites load properly, other games work properly in multiplayer. I have played hundreds of hours on the servers I am trying to connect (including official warlords EU#03). The ping is as usual between 100-200 ms.

Thank you for the report. This seems like a problem with your network. Are you using Wifi for your connection? Are the Steam client ports open on your PC's firewall and your router? There is also a reddit thread where the issue was discussed try some of their solutions.
