Can't join server after a crash.
Need More Info, NormalPublic

Description

I play on heavily modded servers in the community tab, and on two separate occasions the servers have crashed. Every time since then, I cannot rejoin those servers at all. It gives me the, "Cannot connect to host" prompt, when previously I could flawlessly.

Steps To Reproduce

From what I've experienced, just wait for a server to crash and try to rejoin. It will stay on the black dayz loading screen for longer than it should, then shoot you back to the main menu.

Additional Information

I don't know if its an issue clientside or server side. I tried to troubleshoot with an admin on one of the two servers but nothing seemed out of place. Its just like something is blocking me from joining these servers.

Hello IndieSin.
Since you have mentioned you have spoke with the server admin, we assume that the servers are up and running? And have you experienced such behaviour on non modded or different servers?
Regards,
Geez

Yes, the servers that this has happened on are active and sometimes full on a daily basis. The problem in question has not yet happened on official servers, and Im going to check if it happens on unmodded community servers soon. Its hard to anticipate a crash, more importantly one that can cause an issue like this.

Update: From research Ive done, it seems nobody else is having this issue. Tests have proven it to be in between the clientside and serverside. Something stops the clientside from connecting to the server, but from the server, if the clientside IP is traced, the connection never breaks. (The IP tracing was done using the administrative Command Prompt.)
