Vests not visible after scoping in on the PSO1 and PSO1-1 scope
New, NormalPublic

Description

Game version: 1.0.149974
Before this update there was an issue regarding the PSO1 and PSO1-1 scopes where if you were lying down and scoping u couldn't see anything due to clipping.
With this fixed in the newest version (i suppose by disabling the vest model for the player while scoping) a new issue appeared.
Upon scoping in with the PSO1 or PSO1-1 scope and then scoping back out the visual model for vests disappear (tested with leather vest, assualt vest, smersh vest, plate carrier, ect.). The vest is still visible in the inventory screen however not visible to the player himself in third or first person (not tested if also not visible in multiplayer by other players).

  2. Take a KA-M with a PSO1 or PSO1-1 scope equipped into your hands
  3. Scope in with the KA-M and use the mousewheel to switch form ironsights to the PSO scope
  4. The vest model disappears and is not visible anymore while wearing it or when dropping it on the ground
Additional Information

This was tested in the offline mission. It is not tested if the visual bug also appears to other players when on a server.
There is no difference if there is a battery in the scope or not.
Also appears if only in first person. Transition from scoping to third person does not affect the issue. Result stays the same either way.

This might be a way to stop clothes clipping into the scopes when you're looking through them and making them covered.

yeah thought the same. probably just an issue with the model reappearing for the player after scoping
