Actually Dayz can be play only on windows platform. A lot of people enjoy this game & me too, But few month ago I've 2 choice buy an 1080Ti or buy windows. Assuming the fact all my steam game arn't compatible. BUT arma was & I decide don't buy windows & use unbuntu. Few weeks ago I discover dayz an wonderfull mixed survival & horror game... I was chocked No linux solution avaible for desktop & server !!!
I think 1.0 was time of reason & linux avaibility was here but not.

I heard linux is currently in testing But maybe you have to open it in close or open beta !

Linux are more open & know the difficulties to make game stable on various distros I think lot of user enjoyer report bugs & make game better !
