Vehicle Malfunction - The Engine get's damaged automatically over time

Description

After you build up your car, you can't drive more than 400m until it's broken. The Engine or whatever get's damaged over time automatically.

I don't think i missed something.

The car was ready to go, nothing missing and everything pristine (Battery pristine, Spark Plug pristine, Radiator pristine, 4 weels pristine)
I filled it up with 1x can of fuel and 1x can motor oil.

The car started instantly but after 400m the engine was red and the car was broken.

Happened with 3 cars i tried to move.

Have you filled up the radiator with water?

Do i have to use special water?

I tried it with a normal canteen and water but i got no marker to put the water in so i tought it won't be needed.

@magnificunt thank you, was my mistake. After 20 Minutes i finally found the spot to fill the radiator with water, thanks bro! You are a real Hero! :D

I was so damn mad because 3 cars got broken now :D
