I can't move at all, I can't go into 3rd person, and I can't look around, and I can't get any menus or configs. I've tried different servers, verifying my files, and reinstalling the game, and de-activating overlays but nothing has helped.

Have you tried to remove the contents of the DayZ folder located in your documents? If that does not help, can you try to disable every single program running on your computer and then try to launch DayZ only? Also, are you using any launch parameters that could be causing this issue?
