Hello, the ambient sound outdoors is coming and going in the latest experimental build. Also, I discovered new sounds for water running in drains on houses - the dumb part was that it wasn't raining and almost sounded like an explosion when it started, I completely panicked since I didn't know what it was first. Uploading a short video showing the sound playing in spite of no rain.

Event Timeline
Sound from the flare was missing too! I tried logging out and in again, sound did not come back.
The flare had its sound back in the 12/12 patch, but the ambient sound is still being muted outside much of the time. Seems random what causes it, I don't know a good way to reproduce or get it to go away.
Also, the indoor muting also mutes sounds from fires, flares and torches inside the house. The sound from a fireplace is therefore louder if you are just outside the house than inside, right beside the fire...
Still happening in 1.0.
The ambient sound disappears and can sometimes return following the lag spike caused by weather changes. The drain sound crashed into existence as before when I was inside a house. When I went out it wasn't visually raining - but I got wet, so there was some kind of invisible ghost rain going on.
