Climb the tower, try stepping off on the platform in question.

Strafing can get you off safely on the platform, it can also send you to your death as seen in the latest update with the youtube video.

Tried again. The lower platform glitches every time, but it will not always lead to a fall, by strafing you can get out of the glitch loop and end up on the platform safe and sound. See video.

Made another try on tonight's experimental update. This time at the Ostry radio tower. The video is a bit long so I link to youtube instead since the file is big. It seems this issue is 100 reproductible at different radio towers. This REALLY needs to be fixed before 1.0!
