It has been a few days now and my vehicles still don't work. I have 2 offroad vehicles which both don't let me "Start car" even though I have all components and fuel. When I get in the car it either doesn't give me an option to "Start car" or I can hold left click to "Start car" and the progression wheel starts to cycle and then disappears please fix this.

Steps To Reproduce
- Get vehicle
- Drive around and till engine sound goes silent
- The "Start car" icon disappears
- Stop the car, get out then get back in
- Try to "Start car"

had a similar variation of this bug where, after the engine goes silent, the car can stll be driven around without any engine noise(no stop engine/start engine action shows).
The car drives with silent engine until server restart/crash. After that it doesnt work ever again.
