not only has it happened to me, a person I met happened after being shot, his voice was no longer heard and he had to restart the game

Yeah there's a huge inconsistency with VOIP on Experimental, and it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't work at all.
@Geez huge priority, and probably needs to be fixed before Stable, if you guys can identify the issue.
Not sure how to exactly reproduce it though, maybe someone like TheRunningManZ knows (as he has encountered this bug on stream frequently)
