Steps To Reproduce
- Get a megaphone in pristine condition
- Get a 9V battery in pristine condition
- Attach 9V battery to megaphone
- Take to hands
- Turn it on with left click
- Hold left click to raise it to mouth
- Speak through it while aimed at another player
- Other player will report they heard no audio
- Give the megaphone to the other player and have them speak through it
- Observe you will not hear the other player speaking
