Hello Oldskool and thank you for the report.
Can you please describe the issue in more detail? Does the issue simply occur while jumping and wielding the axe, or are there any specific steps that have to be done prior to this occurring? (Such as swinging the axe and then jumping, using quickbar and similar). And would it be possible for you to record a video of the issue for us?

So this happened right after I pulled out compass. I'm not sure if I went to first person, but I believe I opened it after I jumped, but the same as last time I jumped right before it glitched.
