Since you mention that you are experiencing this issue when connecting to the stable branch, does this mean that the issue does not occur for you on experimental or stress test versions?

The experimental branch version is the same as stable. Haven't test on stress test yet.
I'm not 100% sure, but it seems to happen only if I'm connecting to a server using main menu's play button.
