I have not reacted to this bug before, but after 1.0 I noticed it is like this all the time.

This bug is still active in stable and the current 1.01 experimental build. Stamina regenerates faster than depleted when holding breath, making it work indefinitely. I use it when hiding at night so my glowing breath won't give me away...
