Placed a fireplace in the forest made up from sticks and rags. Wanted to use matches to light it up. After holding the left mouse button nothing happened and the fireplace showed again the option to ignite it.
PS: The ghost mode for placing items is almost impossible to see during the night, at least with the fireplace
Used knife to cut down bush for stick
Used knife to cut long stick into three smaller sticks
Combined sticks with rags to create fireplace
Put the additional two sticks from the bush as fuel in the fireplace
Put the other three rags in the fireplace as kindling
Placed the fireplace on the ground
Put matches in hand and hold left mouse button to ignite
Was it raining or windy? You might need to make a stone fireplace in those conditions in order to ignite it.
