Steps To Reproduce
- Put a gun on your back
- Take a magazine to your hands
- Drag the gun from your back over the magazine's "swap" option
- Note that the gun remains on your back and the magazine becomes stuck in your hands
Additional Information
Just make it so that you can combine items two-ways. I should be able to combine a gun with a magazine the same as I can combine a magazine with a gun. Not being able to do this results in the potential for game-breaking bugs.

This bug occurs in more manners than the specifically listed circumstances here. I've been repeatedly trapped with my handgun in my hands, though IIRC it always was after handling a magazine. Restarting the game is the only solution.
