We appreciate the night-time static that prevents using high gamma and brightness settings to see clearly in the dark.

However, I believe that it is a little too strong;
As a newly spawned character in a night-time server, it is almost impossible to navigate and survive when you cannot see at all, unless you light a road flare which will attract environmental enemies that you are not prepared to defend against. I have constantly found that all day-time severs are now completely full as players completely avoid the night so one does not have the option of starting on a day-time server.
