When launching the game on the stable branch I will get the Dayz loading screen with the loading icon in the corner, after a few seconds of the icon spinning it stops, the cursor disappears and nothing happens. The game will exit normally, but it won't load past those few seconds.

I ran the community offline mode while the latest version 0.63 was on the stress test branch, and that is when this issue began.

Have you tried to verify the integrity of game files through Steam? If not, please try doing so and also try to delete the contents of your C:\Users\*username*\Documents\DayZ folder.

I had this issue early this week. I turned off my Intel turbo clock and it temporarily fixed the issue. Another patch was released yesterday which has now caused it to crash again. Unfortunately the game appears to have some sort of compatabilty issues with rendering.
I have the exact same problem. I am using windows 7, intel I7 4820k, 980gtx 12gb ram, and i haven’t had any more joy as of yet. This needs adressing urgently.. The game worked before the latest patches.

I tried both of the solutions suggested, but neither of them worked. When I run Dayz_BE.exe, however, the game launches to the menu, and functions normally.
