Can't open cans with any tool. Can't combine pumping and knife etc. Can't really combine anything.

Confirming - this issue is in Version 149374 that dropped today doesn't allow you to COMBINE/CRAFT anything in your hands:
- cant cut clothes into rags
- cant cut rain jackets into armbands
- cant open food with knife/can opener
- cant craft water bottle silencer with duct tape
- cant combine small blue gas tanks to camp gas stove
- etc.
Problem with "Stable" (opt out all betas) and "Experimental" (both report currently the same version number as of Noon Pacific Nov 8)
