FPS problem on Threadripper 1950x

Description

Hi.

I have some fps issues with new BETA release. In Cherno and Electro i have around ~50 fps. Few weeks ago when i played on stress test i got much more fps - around 100 and more.

My specs:
Threadripper 1950x, 32 GB of DDR4 2666 mhz ram, GTX 980ti. Game is on SSD.

I tried again and as i see it get worts with time. At beginning fps is around 50-60, and after half hour it can drop to 20-30...
