I play left handed and need to change the keys as I dont use WASD, instead I use Arrow keys with some numpad buttons etc. I am trying to figure out the button names for the arrow keys and such so i can change it in the config but I am having no luck as of now.

When I am ingame, I have no option to change the keybinds as you cant click the actual thing you want to change. You can't do anything in terms of changing keys.
