Since beginning of .63 stress tests performance seemed to me bit worse than in .62,fps was ok but there has always been a bit off stuttering present in my case.In recent experimental game is almost unplayable.I went from around 60 fps to 30 in Elektro,also when I move around game is heavily stuttering.

There is something seriously wrong.. I joined some server today and fps was fine around 50-70 in Svetlo,then after couple of minutes it went to shit again.
Left the city to hide in the forest,fps went to 60+ and I logged off
An hour after I joined the same server again, spawned as my geared character in the same place where now I had 30-40 fps
Also I noticed something,when I spawn I have to wait couple of seconds for the grass to load up,last time I had that was on PVP stress test or when trying offline mod.
