Doors can be closed even though one or more bodies are lying in the doorway. Will upload video later.

Kill zeds or players so they fall across the threshold of an open door. Close the door.
Should be handled by either:
A) Doors are blocked (no close door option) until the body is removed. (So we really need a feature to carry/drag bodies...)
B) Doors will push blocking bodies out of the way when opening/closing. Unrealistic, but better than bodies clipping through closed doors. Could be less immersion-breaking if there's an animation of the player pushing the door with force (and the corpse ragdolling across the floor...), taking longer time than usual.
