More Bugs/Issues/Feedback with Cars (LADA) (Stress Test #52)
New, NormalPublic

Description

  1. Cars can't go through these types of bushes, they just crash right into them (aggravating when driving, because most bushes you can drive through except these types of one)

Also you can't walk through/ be inside these bushes (some barrier), very annoying (yellow small bushes)

  1. There's also this constant tire skidding on the road noise (even happens offroad?) which is painful to hear, and happens way more often than it should.

Also, prime examples of how gear shifting in 3PP is very difficult and delayed (From Reverse, you have to tap E 2 times to get to first gear, and their is a delay of roughly of a second or below to switch + plus no 3PP sound)

Steering control still very hard (With steering vehicle, delay to go left or right, because of steering following animation through, not prioritizing input? (please prioritize input over following the animation for steering if this is the case, makes driving so much fluid/smooth) (feels like input lag, which is NOT good)

And, the car flips over randomly at the end. Not sure if intentional, since I was pretty speedy, but don't think it should randomly flip like that.

*EDIT* it flips over a lot, when going on high speed, on the main roads. If there's slight change in slopes, turns, etc. that can cause the car to flip over, even when just playing on a moderate ping/low pop/low stress server.

  1. Cars getting stuck trying to go through these broken walls, plus broken through fences. They get stuck on the slab on the ground between them, and for the fence, it's too small.

Explained in description
For #1: Find the yellowish, small-medium bushes, and try to walk through/drive through them

For #2: try driving the new cars in a straight line, hear the skidding noise, test on road, dirt, different gears.

Try steering to feel the delay (feels like input lag) on a local server, non stressed server, then try on semi-high stress servers, with relatively medium ping (high pop server) (i was also playing on empty, 80pingish server, so it should be the best result I get, but I still feel steering delay, because of it following animation most likely :(

try gear shifting in 3PP, getting into reverse, and trying to switch instantly into 1st gear, then maybe back to Reverse, you feels lots of delay/clunkiness, trying to do multiple or even just one gear shift at once mainly in 3pp. (gear shifting should be more instant, and shouldn't also be delayed because of animation, feels like input lag)

(Also, I don't know how the car flipped, just drive high speeds along road to zelenogorsk, and just making that turn?)

*EDIT* it flips over a lot, when going on high speed, on the main roads. If there's slight change in slopes, turns, etc. that can cause the car to flip over, even when just playing on a moderate ping/low pop/low stress server.

*more footage, just extra, showing the difficulties of steering and gear shifting*

For #3: try driving through the breaks in the concrete walls, with the concrete slab on the bottom of the breaks. (these walls can be found near military bases like NWAF)

Additional Information

more feedback regarding cars.
I may have repeated the gear shifting, and steering, but those need to be fixed for sure, before stable, or maybe even experimental release.

As well with traction & suspension as seem to get better but still needs work.

Keep it up, can't wait for BETA :)

It says this task has been created, and has the tag of DayZ, but doesn't say it has been uploaded, on the feed, or my tasks? If you see this, mind confirming, if you can view this @Geez ?
