The Music scrollbar on the waypoint effects does not work, but you can still select using the up and down arrow keys, the other waypoint effects for sound, voice, environment and overlay function correctly.

Steps To Reproduce
In a new scenario place a soldier and give it some waypoints, select any waypoint and then select waypoint effects, the Music scrollbar is not working.
