Swap file too small - Rifles stuck in hands - Invisible sea
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

I have 3 bugs in total.

I'm running DayZ on a Ryzen 2600X, GTX1080Ti and 16GB of 3000MHz RAM and a Samsung 850EVO 500GB.

Bug 1. My game is constantly crashing with an error telling me that my swap file is too small.
I never had this problem with DayZ before, only now when running the beta stress test version.

Bug 2. When pressing the hotkey for a rifle while the character is jumping, the rifle will be stuck in the character's hands and cannot be removed. Restart doesn't seem to help in my case.

Bug 3. Between Solnichny and the industrial buildings on the road leading into the west of the map, there is an invisible sea. When running on the right side across the river on that road you will randomly be two meters up in the air and swimming.
Video of Bug 3 is coming:

Hello jesusgutierre and thank you for the report.
Regarding to the swap file issue, have you tried to verify the integrity of game cache in Steam, remove all the files from your C:\Users\*username*\Documents\DayZ and then try again to see if it has any effect on the issue? Also if you are using any launch parameters, please try removing them. In case the issue persists upon doing the following, can you try to increase the swap file size?
Regards,
Geez

Also, we have confirmed the other two issues and they have been scheduled for a fix. However, please create a separate ticket per each issue the next time you are reporting into the feedback tracker.

Geez

Hi Geez,

I fixed the swap file issue by increasing the swap file size for my hard drive.

Alright, next time I report I will create separate tickets.

Greets,
Jesus
