spawn a million makarovs and notice ZERO spawn with magazines

We have tested the issue internally but we had no issue and the chance= variable worked for us correctly. Can you please check if you have set up everything correctly and also that you have tried this with fresh server storage?

Geez - your internal build may be working, but no servers on the current exp. branch version EVER spawn magazines in weapons. This is true on both community & official servers. I have seen literally hundreds of spawned weapons in the current build and not a single one of them had a magazine attached. Note - this is purely to do with the way loot is being spawned in. If a player drops a weapon that they have loaded a magazine into themselves, another player finding that weapon on the ground will see the magazine in the gun. Weapons spawned through the CLE never have magazines in them though.
^ exactly what BoabySands said. It just flat doesnt work in our version, of course i wiped storage to test every time.
I also removed every other building and item from the loot table so i end up for example, the police station in elektro spawning 100 makarovs.
Not a single one spawned with a magazine.
It doesnt matter the location or weapon, it just doesnt work, ever.
