Bug description

• When you are wet and you get the full stomach icon, both icons overlap instead of showing one by the other

Tested on:

• PC build 0.63 experimental 0.63.148873
• Date of occurrence: 06/10/2018
• Community server Dayz Village (Not modded) | IP: 185.16.86.48:2402
• Screen resolution: 1920x1080
