Is your character locked still? As the character should be automatically unlocked after an hour. If your lock persists for more than 1 hour, please send us the ID which is displayed in the main menu next to the version number.

Hello k.rdebruyn, to check your character in the database, we also require the ID that is displayed in the main menu next to the game version. Also, please create a separate ticket the next time you encounter such issue.
