Shortly after joining a custom server, the screen freezes. After respawn it shows the same frame. Reloging doesn't help. The only remedy is to restart a client.
During screen freeze plyer can move, rotate and hear sounds. Some camera flares are also animated.

Can you specify what do you mean by custom server? And have you experienced such issue on one of the official servers as well?

The "custom server" I mean the server with modified mission (changed spawnpoints, starting gear, disabled stamina, etc.).
First time happened on my custom server, during shooting.
Second time happened on community server (either "The Bambi Lounge [TDM #2] RED VS GREEN VS BLUE | NO LAG" 194.147.120.112:2302 or "The Bambi Lounge [TDM] #1 RED VS GREEN VS BLUE | NO LAG" 194.147.122.191:2302) also during shooting, as shown in the footage.
It happened to me only two times so far.
I haven't played on official servers recently, so I cannot confirm or deny if this happens on official servers.
