Description

Unfortunately I am unable to provide the exact name of the server I was on at the time of the issue but I think it was something like UK-10 Experimental. I have the error "Character locked in database" after a usual disconnect. The server connection was a tad bad so I disconnected and am now greeted by this error :( I've attached my steam ID at the end of this report if that is of any help.

Hello JustAnotherBrit.
Are you experiencing this issue still? As we have checked your characters in the database and they do not appear to be locked any more. When the issue with the character lock occurs, the character should get unlocked automatically within an hour.
