On Xbox, there is still a massive hit registartion/ghost bullets issue, with all my Makarov bullets not being able to kill a single infected, and I tried reloading through the radial wheel, and by pressing Y (not aiming down sight) and the bullets would not register, and the infected will not be alarmed to my shooting.

I tried shooting at multiple infected, and no hits! (please fix this is very gamebreaking)
