The smoke stack in Kpachoctab is bugged. When I climbed to the top the platform suddenly appeared too narrow to stand on, it bugged me up onto the railing and then launched me like 30 feet to my left and killed me. Also instantly respawned my body(my friend was there within seconds to find only my gun)

It's a known bug on Twitter they said you have wait one second before getting to the very top of a ladder
