My game crashed as i was leaving a castle cant remember the location but it was around 1p-15 miniute run for north west airfield, the game crashed as i went into my inventory to get a drink out.
My character on Xbox is locked in the database and I am unable to play the game

I would like to get this sorted asap, so I can get back playing again
It is on Xbox I have lost my character

Event Timeline

Try a differenr server thats full this happened to me earlier and I went into a full server dtayed in qeue for about 5 mins then it did the trying 5 times message and logged me in at 2

My game is locked out as well. Tried multiple servers but still cant play. @Geez please fix this.

I was at the very northeastern part of the map. That village up there. I was repairing an m4 I found and then the game froze. Now I cant join back in "you were kicked off the game. (Character locked in database)"

You guys either have to use another gamer tag play a guy for 20 minutes and switch back give it another go. If not try logging into full servers rhat have a qeue that ussually works. Ive been locked 3 times already it happens when the server resets and your still on or you are server hopping. When it says server restarts in 10 minutes log off ans go to another one thats what I do.

Yeah I do this everytime this is the first time it's happe ed and I have tried everything

Have you even deleted the gamer file on the manage games option ? I never got a reply if it deletes all items so do this ar your own risk. Another option is restarting the console.

Are you still experiencing this issue? As the character should get automatically unlocked within an hour and we are also unlocking the characters manually every day. If the issue still persists at the moment, please try to connect to any server and then send us the server name, the time and date of the connection and the full message you receive upon being kicked from the server.

Deleting the local files on your Xbox does not affect the character or its items as they are saved in our database. Removing the local data affects only the in game settings.
