I literally have deleted my character, unistalled/re installed and i still can't play. Only way ive been able to play is an alt account (which aint gonna cut it). Far be it from me to tell anyone their business but i dont think this game was ready to be released with such a game crippling bug. In my entire gaming career i have never encountered something like this, i need my money back or a game i can play, that's how it works right?

Ive seen this with complete games its been out not even 2 weeks give it time. It does say when you buy it that its not complete.

Yea theres alot of bugs give it a chance it will end up 60 bucks and by rhat time youll have played well worth 40 dollars if you have patience. I personally love the game even with its bugs and lack of smoothness but ive played games for 20+ years so ive grown to expect this from most smaller game makers. Did you atleast enjoy it while you played?

Deleting the local save data does not delete your character, only your ingame settings. In case you are still experiencing the issue, please try to connect to any server and then send us the server name, your gamertag, the time and date of the connection and the full message you receive upon getting kicked from the server.

I am having this same issue, I have tried deleting local save data but the only thing that really seems to work is waiting approx. 1 to 8 hours until it just magically allows you to play again. I'm on my 3rd server database character lock at this point and I purchased the game less than 72 hours ago
