Logged in to the server and found my USG45 rifle dropped on the floor, and could not pick it up.
The rifle was invisible (missing textures)
When aiming at it, the action GUI appeared (Press X to..)
When opening the inventory, it was available in my vicinity, but could not pick it up or any of it's attachments.

Steps To Reproduce
Updated the game to last version ( 0.63.148590 ) on XBox
Logged in and played for ~30 min, without issues, inventory was fine, re-sorted it and picked up new items.
Logged in again after ~30 min and the problem as described occurred.
