Hello Dantheghost.
The characters should be automatically unlocked within an hour, we are also periodically unlocking the characters every day. In case your lock persists still, please try to connect to any server and then send us the server name, the time of the connection, the date and the full exact message you receive upon being kicked from the server. Also, please use the "New DayZ Xbox Bug Report" form the next time you are reporting an xbox issue as the other form (New Dayz Bug Report) is being used for the PC version only.
