Kinda sucks. Waited most of the day to play this game for this to happen. You have had this issue for years and have yet to rectify it. Slightly worrying.

I’ve had issues too I can’t seem to find where to type them if someone could copy and paste this for me I’d be very appreciative
I’ve had my character die twice for no reason having spent hours stocking up on gear and food and drink clothing bandages etc my guys were healthy no injuries hunger etc and randomly just died both times in a building ducked down out the way on solo empty servers
I lost everything and gained huge frustration for the game due to this hesitant to bother restocking again
Also sever issues too them disappearing but it seems you know about this
My version is 063 I think and it is on Xbox and it was couple days ago and couple days before that

If you are still experiencing this issue, please connect to any server and then send us your gamertag, the server name and approximate time of the connection. Also, please include the error message you get upon being kicked (for example: "You were kicked off the game. (Character Locked In Database)").
@garrysmith0481 Hello, there is a star icon on the bar on top of the page in the upper right corner. Upon clicking on the said star, several forms appear, select the "New DayZ Xbox Bug Report" and fill in all the required details. Make sure to make a separate ticket for each issue and to include as much information as possible regarding to the issues (such as the actions you have been doing prior to the bugs appearing or possibly steps to produce them).

Just an update. The issue I was previously having has fixed. That example you have gave me was the actual error I was receiving on any server. Thanks for the reply.

We are aware that the issue with character locks can occur and we are working internally on resolving the issue. Meanwhile, the characters should get automatically unlocked after an hour and we are also periodically unlocking them ourselves. In case you experience a character lock that lasts for over an hour in the future, please create a ticket and we will attempt to unlock the character as soon as possible.
