Everyone is having connection issues to the servers and characters locked in database we all just want to play this game we spent 40 bucks on! The game it’s a blast nothing like it on console bugs and all but not being able to play because of server issues must be prioritized and fixed immediately! Please help the community and update us that you at least are working to resolve this major issue!

Hello Bailam and thank you for the report.
We are aware of the issues with the character locks and they are being looked into internally. Currently the system should automatically unlock a locked character after a hour and we also periodically unlock the characters manually. In case you are experiencing the issue for longer than hour, then please try to connect to any server and then send us your gamertag here, the server name and the approximate time of connection. Also please include the full message you get upon being kicked (such as "You were kicked off the game. (Character Locked In Database)).
