I've been trying to join a game for about an hour now and I keep getting the message
Warning
You were kicked off the game. (Character locked in database)
I'm playing on xbox one when I got off I was in a building starving and almost dead I didnt have much on me I think I just had a canteen, water bottle hoodie canvas pants and a hatchet. Maybe some .45 ACP but I'm not sure

Same issue here after running for 2 hours through the woods, buddy got kicked off and couldn't remember server # so went to join a different one and got locked

The character locked in database error seems be limited to xbox
