This has been frequently been happening to me over the last 2 weeks or so, when using something on my back whether be an axe, machete, etc. I get the prompt to cut open the rags, but it blocks me from doing so, and the axe is red on hotbar. It also doesn't allow me to use or put away the axe for seconds - minutes at a time

Steps To Reproduce
- Have an axe, machete, crowbar, etc. on your back.
- Equip it, and when trying to cut clothes into rags, this bug can sometimes happen.
