We are aware of an issue with some of the servers being frozen. Those servers appear on top of the server list, have you tried to connect to some of the servers from the lower parts of the serverlist? If not, please try scrolling down in the serverlist and try some of the servers in there.

I would roughly estimate that I am getting into about 25% of the servers listed, of those 25% about 23% of the time it is unplayable due to horrible lag (like 20 metre player jumps in various directions) of the 2% of servers that I can play in which usually don't have many players in (1-10) The game always crashes eventually...the longest session being 20 minutes. Pretty bad state of affairs for a £32 game preview. What the hell have you been doing all this time!

I am also locked into a database after paying £31 playing it once and I’ve been stuck out of servers for over 2 hours now. Feel like I’ve just been robbed of my money. Please help

I never got a chance to pick my character it kept spawning me as new people n threw away all my weapons and severs are impossible to connect to I have to wait a minimum of 30mins!

I went to go play my DayZ today haven’t played in a few weeks log on my stuff looks the same dudes fully geared in the main menu I join a server and all my stuff gets deleted that’s fucking bs

A recent update to the game included a global character wipe to resolve an issue with glitched characters that prevented players from logging into the game. This has been announced in the official patch notes.
