If i'm carrying an item in hands, and i've not room for that item in my inventory, when i press an hotkey to equip another item nothing happens.
I dont know if this is by design.

Hello brazorf and thank you for the report:
Were the items of the same inventory size or did their sizes differ? As this should occur only when it would result in the item being dropped and lost (which is intended for now).

Its working as intended then, as i cannot equip when the there is not enough room in my inventory for the item i am carrying.
Maybe we need an hotkey to drop item in hands. Where to post feature request, here or on the forums?

Such hotkey is already planned, however we have no estimate on when this is going to be added into the game.
