From this video, you can see I suffer from micro-stutter badly. This happens every 2-3 seconds in big towns and around every 10 seconds when running down an empty road. This micro-stutter makes it IMPOSSIBLE to aim in gun fights and generally makes the game unplayable.

Have you been experiencing this issue always on the 0.63 version or has it started to occur from specific date/update? Were there any software changes on your computer since the issue has started to occur? Have you tried re-installing your video drivers to see if it has any effect on the issue? And is your hardware running at optimal temperature when this issue occurs?
