"Wash Hands" does slit throat emote

Description

When I have a water bottle or canteen in my hands and click to use the "Wash Hands" option the character does the "Slit Throat" emote instead. This was in stress test 29, I tried several times in different locations, logging out in between.

Edit: I saw there were older tasks on this bug. Still happening in Stress Test #31.

Just get a water bottle and click to wash hands and see what happens!

Additional Information

Washing hands in streams, ponds and water wells works fine.

Tested again in stress test 31, "Wash Hands" with a water bottle still triggers the slit throat emote and hands remain bloody.
