Steps To Reproduce
- Place PO-30 Orca (armed) down in the editor
- start it up and attempt to lock-on to any target
Additional Information
Seems to be a problem with the radar overhaul introduced in the Jets DLC, could lock-on fine before that. It seems like a bug, not a feature, as you'd imagine that the guided rockets should be guided.

Are the vehicles that are targeted moving or at least have their engines turned on? Otherwise you will not be able to lock onto said targets.
