Tac-Ops DLC: "Infantry" part of "Fait Accompli" is broken: no sound, pitch-black darkness and possibly wrong time

Description

After finishing the "Beyond Hope" chapter of the Tac-Ops Mini-Campaign, I tried to play the "Stepping Stone" chapter - but I couldn't, because the "Infantry" part of the first mission "Fait Accompli" is obviously unplayable: after selecting "Infantry" and watching the Briefing, I closed the map - this is the moment, when various severe bugs presented themselves:

1.) The screen was pitch-black dark - even no stars were visible. The only things visible were the hexagon symbols of my teammates (and their names on the HUD), the next waypoint, the HUD and the crosshair - nothing else! When I switch on Nightvision though, I *do* see the terrain, my teammates and my own weapon - and when I switch off NV, everything is black-dark again!

One interesting thing about this bug:

Once I click on "Save & Exit" to leave the mission, strangely, the darkness bug disappears - for a few seconds, everything is normally visible (without NV). I was lucky enough to be able to illustrate this - I pressed the screenshot button the same moment I clicked on "Save & Exit". In the screenshot, everything is properly visible without any darkness bug:

2.) No sound except for dialogs and conversations - even shots from my rifle were muted! During Briefing, the narrator's voice works flawlessly and I can also hear my own player's voice when giving orders and the voice of my teammates, when they respond. Also, the voice of "Papa Bear" works properly, when he announces something - but everything else like gunshots, explosions, ambient sounds and footsteps have no sound!

3.) Wrong Time : after encountering these bugs, I watched a few "Fait Accompli" videos on YouTube in order to find out, whether other people have also experienced the same bugs and to make comparisons with my own experience - while watching these videos (all of whom had no bugs of any kind at all), I noticed that in all cases the time set for this mission was around 4:30 in the morning. In my case the Time was around 4:05-4:10 - more than 20 minutes before the mission time I saw in these videos! For this bug, I also have made a screenshot for illustration:

The most important information regarding these bugs:

Apparently, these bugs only occur for the "Infantry" part of the mission - if I choose "Special Forces" in the Briefing, everything appears to work flawlessly - sound, visuals, etc. (but I am not yet absolutely sure about this!)

Likewise, I did not encounter any of the above mentioned bugs in "Beyond Hope" - but I don't know whether these bugs exist also in "Steel Pegasus", because I haven't played it yet (I prefer to play campaign missions in the order they are supposed to be played...)

Additional Information

I am currently playing A3 in it's latest stable version with all DLCs purchased and enabled/installed along with 60 installed/active mods - among them also "Dynasound 2" and "Enhanced Soundscape", CBA A3, Achilles and Simple Singleplayer Cheat Menu.

Hello.

Besides the "bug" with the time all of the other bugs I was not able to reproduce, it seems that they were a one time occurence.

Update:

I have tested A3 without any mods or addons enabled and the above mentioned bugs ceased to exist - everything seems to work like its supposed to be then. After that, I selectively enabled all of the disabled mods/addons again until these bugs reappeared again. By this way, I could finally pinpoint the troublemaker: it's the C2 - Command & Control AI mod! I could reproduce the disappearance and reappearance of the above mentioned bugs by disabling and re-enabling the C2 mod!

Shall I contact the author of the mod or will BI already do that?

why should BI contact the mod author?

i had the exact same issues; without mods it starts normal... but who wants to play SP without C2? i cant (will not) play Arma SP without this mod; it is essential to enjoy the SP gameplay.

i found the newer beta that works with this mission :)
